Documents: During a general search, I found a PDF file detailing the history of Tactical Fighter Wings dating back to 1947 and within the long list of Commanding Heroes for 1979 is COL. MILLER. This is an awesome piece of Military Memorabilia. I will provide a color print-out of all pages.
