Returns and Refunds
All Returns must have prior approval.
Return/refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the item, and items approved for return must be shipped back within seven (7) days of approval.
Items damaged during shipping (paid by buyer) will need to file a claim with the carrier. We will provide all necessary information available, such as the condition prior to carrier possession.

All orders must be paid for through the website prior to scheduling a pick-up appointment. Bring a Photo ID and your order number. If someone else is pick-up for you, please reference that in your pick-up appointment request.
