Description: This collectible series pays tribute to Parker Brothers Monopoly Game, one of the most popular board games in history. Reminiscent of the old fashioned urban architecture of the 1930's, "Mediterranean Mortgage Co." has a game token masterfully worked into its design and is painted in authentic Monopoly money colors. The front entrance resembles a deed card and when lined up with other Monopoly Brand Citylights buildings the sidewalk looks like the spaces on the Monopoly game board.

Returns and Refunds
We generally do not accept returns or refund request, with the exception of the following:
- Returns will be accepted if the item isn't as described per the listing and/or the wrong item was shipped.
All Returns must have prior approval.
Approved return orders will be refunded the amount paid for the item (excluding shipping and handling). All items must be returned in its original listed condition. Items that have been altered will not be refunded.
Items damaged during shipping (paid by buyer or seller) will need to file a claim with the carrier. We will provide all necessary information available, such as the condition prior to carrier possession to start the claims process. **NOTE: Items such as glass, fragile items..etc, will be photo captured and stored to prevent shipping damage blame and/or scams.
