Returns and Refunds
We generally do not accept returns or refund request, with the exception of the following:
- Returns will be accepted if the item isn't as described per the listing and/or the wrong item was shipped.
All Returns must have prior approval.
Approved return orders will be refunded the amount paid for the item. All items must be returned in its original listed condition. Items that have been altered will not be refunded. All arrangements for returns will be confirmed via email/receipt.
Items damaged during shipping (paid by buyer or seller) will need to file a claim with the carrier. We will provide all necessary information available, such as the condition prior to carrier possession to start the claims process. **NOTE: Items such as glass, fragile items..etc, will be photo captured and stored to prevent shipping damage blame and/or scams.
